INSECUR and OGMA Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

INSECUR develops OGMA, an AI reverse engineer that audits connected machines through their binaries, with SaaS and on-premises offers.

This notice explains how we handle personal information shared through this website and its contact form. It also explains your choices and privacy rights.

About this notice

This notice explains how INSECUR handles personal information collected through this website, including requests to learn about OGMA. It is separate from the terms and data-processing arrangements for the OGMA SaaS and on-premises offers.

For questions about this website or your information, contact support@insecur.fr.

Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. These fields are required so we can understand and answer your request. Your company is optional.

Please share only the information needed to discuss your project. Do not submit machine binaries, credentials, patient information or other sensitive data through this form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and follow up on the conversation. Depending on your request, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or supports our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Contact requests are saved in the website’s hosted database on the Sites platform. Access is limited to the project owner and authorised people who handle requests, together with the service providers operating the hosting infrastructure. When email forwarding is enabled, your enquiry is also sent to our contact inbox through Resend, our transactional email provider, so our team can respond.

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to handle and follow up your request. You can ask us to delete it; any retention required for legal obligations or an ongoing contractual relationship is handled separately.

Before sharing confidential material for an OGMA audit, contact us to agree on appropriate storage, access and data-processing arrangements.

Cookies and website operation

This website does not add advertising cookies, session recording or a custom analytics tracker. The form does not save your message in browser storage.

The hosting platform may use technical cookies and request logs to provide access, security and reliable delivery. Your browser also sends technical information, such as network and browser details, when it requests a page.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive portable data where applicable. Email support@insecur.fr with your request.

If you are in France, you can also raise a concern with the CNIL. Other applicable data-protection rights depend on your location and the circumstances.
